Scott, second-in-command at George L. Carmouche, APLC, has worked in the Louisiana Oil and Gas Industry for many years as a landman and Title Attorney.
Scott is a native of Lake Charles, LA, and served several years in law enforcement in the states of California and Florida before returning home to take up the family business – law. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge and graduated from Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2004.
In Law School, Scott served as Secretary of the Federalist Society and the President of the Civilian Society. As President, he was able to resurrect “The Civilian” as the only Law School newspaper.
