Thomas Development Corporation, a land brokerage company located in Lafayette, LA, is seeking professional, experienced, self-motivated Landmen for leasing and abstracting in South Texas (Eagleford Shale) and Pennsylvania (Marcellus Shale).

Duties/Responsibilities:
The work will require any/all of the following:

Courthouse title research
Surface and mineral ownership determination
Lease preparation and acquisition
abstracting and runsheet preparation/compilation
well history research
and negotiation with mineral owners and landowners
